They address the need for semi-automatic, partially automatic or intelligent solutions and therefore play a central role in fixture construction.This is because OurPlant Smart Tools combine the know-how from mechanical design, electronic design and software development in efficient individual solutions for micro-assembly processes.

1. frame: This stable and vibration-damped platform forms the basis for all other components. It ensures that the process units and devices can be positioned safely and precisely.

2. OS Base control unit: As the central component of the OurPlant Smart Tools, the control unit enables intuitive operation and comprehensive control of the entire set-up. It ensures that all processes run smoothly and the desired results are achieved.

3. XT cross gantry: This unit consists of a high-precision movement system as well as processing heads and devices from the existing XT machine system, which can be freely positioned on the frame.
