This important work is carried out, by pressure sensors of our customer, First Sensor AG. The piezoresistive pressure sensors produced on machines by Häcker Automation. They measure the lowest differential and relative pressures from 2.5 mbar full scale value. The sensors have digital signal processing and guarantee very high levels of accuracy.
In ventilators, the highly precise sensors measure the smallest flows around the zero point of the respiratory flow and also detect flows of several hundred l / min. This way of working of the sensors requires an absolutely precise and reliable production. With micro-assembly systems from Häcker Automation, First Sensor AG has a trustworthy partner at its side.
